General Campground Guidelines

We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help insure your safety and your enjoyment, while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

Speed Limit:

10 mph. Please observe our speed limit to insure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!

Quiet Time:

10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Site Occupancy:

Children:

Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite. Any additional vehicles have to fit in the site space and will incur an additional charge. We have an overflow lot if needed.

Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.

Safety After Dark:

In order to insure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark.

Trash:

Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters located around the park. Recycle containers for paper, plastic, and aluminum are available at each dumpster site.

Campfires:

Campfires are NOT permitted in American RV Resort.

Portable Grills:

Only gas grills are allowed in the park. Wood or charcoal grills are NOT allowed.

Clotheslines:

Not permitted.

Fireworks and Firearms:

Prohibited on park property including BB, Airsoft and pellet guns.

Pets:

Pets must be kept on a leash while outside your RV. Do not leave pets unattended at your site. No excess barking is allowed. Please pick up after your pet immediately. There are dog stations all around the park. Pets are not allowed in bathrooms, pool, hot tub or playground areas. Maximum of 2 pets allowed.

Swimming Pool:

No Lifeguard is on Duty. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. Only bathing suits permitted in pool, no cotton material permitted like cut offs or t-shirts.

Visitors:

Your visitors are always welcome at American RV Resort, provided they register at our office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at time of check-In. All your visitors must leave campground by 10 p.m.

Recreational Vehicles:

No battery-operated vehicles or motor-driven cycles, bikes, golf carts are to be driven in the park.

Vehicle Repairs:

Vehicle and RV Repairs are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.

RV Washing:

You are permitted to wash your RV for a fee. Please check with our office for more details.

Messages:

If you are expecting messages, please check at office. Emergency messages will be delivered to your site.

Mail Service:

Available for guests. Please check with our office for more details.

Forms of Payments:

We accept all Major Credit Cards, cash or money orders. Sorry, no checks.

Cabin Policies

Check In/Check Out

Check-In 3 p.m. (MST) | Check-Out 11 a.m. (MST)
Check-Out: Check out time should be 11:00 -Sites must be vacated by 11:00 (MST)

Deposit Policy

Deposit: One night rate taken when reservation is booked.
Deposit – Holidays: Entire reservation amount must be paid when reservation is booked.

Cancellations – Lodging

We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel SEVEN (7) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than THREE (3) days/72 hours of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations

Cancellations – Balloon Fiesta: Any reservations made for Balloon Fiesta are non-refundable on Sept 1st or after
Cancellations – No shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a no show. No shows are subject to the same cancellation policies.

Deposits

SMS Privacy Policy

We will not share or sell subscriber information with 3rd parties for their direct marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. By selecting the Check Box on The Bookings Check Out Page Guests Agree to Receive Marketing SMS. Guests may receive a SMS prior/during/after their stay with us. Reply STOP to Opt Out. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund.

Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature!
