Our Story near Historic Route 66

We’ve welcomed travelers along Historic Route 66 (Central Ave SW) for years with a simple promise: the ease of a city location and the calm of a resort. Whether you’re crossing the country, discovering New Mexico’s cuisine and art, chasing Balloon Fiesta mornings, or settling in for a sunny winter, we’ve built a place where parking is simple, nights are quiet, and service is personal. From first-time RVers to full-timers, from families to friends, we love helping guests make Albuquerque their basecamp.

Meet Your Host

You’ll often be greeted by Shelley—our Park Manager and a full-time RVer since 2013, so she knows exactly what makes a stay feel like home. A Louisiana transplant who’s called the park home for four years, Shelley worked her way up from the front desk to managing daily operations with warmth, care, and a nurse’s attention to detail. Ask her about favorite green-chile spots, the best scenic drives, or where to catch the Balloon Fiesta. Around here, hospitality is personal—right down to Bugs and Brody, her two pugs.

Leashed pets are welcome throughout the resort and at our fenced dog park. Cabins allow pets with a $50 non-refundable deposit per pet. Heading to Balloon Fiesta? Note that pets are not allowed inside Balloon Fiesta Park (service animals only). Check our tips before you arrive.
